Non-Code Safety Valves
Manufactured under similar rigid Quality Control Guidelines as our ASME Coded Valves, these items incorporate many of the same features. They are excellent for use in the discharge line, between stages, or in the receiver. Non-Code Safety Valves are available in either hard or soft seat, in numerous pipe sizes and with or without pull-rings. Their unique design, high-flow rate, and low cost make them an outstanding value. Factory set to customer's requirements.
NS125
Available as either a Hard Seat or Soft Seat. Hard Seat is Stainless Ball while Soft Seat is Silicon Rubber. 1/8" NPT. Both available with a Pull Ring optional. Hard Seat available with a cap option. Economic Design.
NS250
Same options as the NS125, but in 1/4" NPT. Offers High Flow Rate.
NS500
Silicon Rubber Soft Seat. 1/2" NPT. High Flow Rate. Temperature to 250 F. With Pull Ring.
Check-Rite In-Tank Check Valves
These valves are made from your choice of Brass or Cold Rolled Steel. Steel valves are plated to military specifications and dichromate dipped to extra corrosion resistance and longer life. Wide Four-Port design allows for maximum flow to ensure the mose efficient operation. Valve Springs are stainless steel and poppets Teflon for excellent seal and long life. Side Port available on all models. 500 PSI Max. Air, Gas, and Oil.
In-Line Brass Check Valves
These In-Line Check Valves are designed for high flow rate using a rugged single-piece brass body for longer life. Valve core consists of Stainless Steel Spring, Teflon Poppet, and Brass Guide. Side Port available on all models. 400 F; 500 PSIG.
Quadra-Valve Tank Manifold
Manufactured from solid brass bar stock, the Quadra-Valve incorporates a positive quick-acting Ball Valve for open/close. Also included is a control switch mounting, pressure gauge port, built-in Safety Valve, and tank outlet. Also available in Carry-Tank model. Highest quality design and construction puts these manifolds in a class by themselves. Buna-N-Seals and Teflon Valve Seats. 200 PSI; 300 F Max, 1/2" NPT Mounting.
Loadmaster
Ruggedly built for long trouble-free operation, the Loadmaster valve and pilot valve for vent unloading continuous-run compressors. Pre-determined cut-in/cut-out pressures are factory-set. Both compression and pipe thread inlets are available.

Unloader Pilot Valve
Precision manufactured pilot valve adjustable for both pressure and differential. The PV1418 offers a solid brass body, stainless steel spring and ball, and stainless filter. Pull Ring or Lifting Level is optional, and offers manual unloading. Field Adjustable. Single or Double Port. 300 F and 200 PSI Max.
Discharge Unloader
The DU1814 Discharge Unloader, when combined with the PV1418 Pilot Valve, provides a simple and inexpensive Unloader for continuous-run compresors. The DU1814 screws into the PV1418, then at a predetermined cut-out pressure, the Unloader vents the compressor discharge line to atmosphere. Eliminates head unloading. Also for use on Gasoline-driven units. Solid Brass with Teflon Poppet and Viton "O" Ring. In-line filter. Muffler available. 400 F Max.
Foot-Operated Drain Valve
Foot-Operated Drain Valves allow for simple draining of condensate without getting under the tank. No Floats or small orifices to get stopped-up. Brass body, Teflon or Buna-N poppet, stainless spring and plated foot pedal. Available as DV100 1/4" or 3/8" and DV200 1/2" and 3/4" NPT.
Auxiliary Unloaders
Known as "Cold Starts," these small valves are used in the compressor discharge line. They act as an aid in cold start or low voltage situations. Brass Body, Stainless Spring and Viton "O" Ring. Available 1/4" of 3/8" NPT.
